Job Summary

Design and deploy an enterprise skills framework aligned to business growth priorities, mapping critical technical, functional, and leadership skills and building an agile skills taxonomy with proficiency levels. Drive organization-wide adoption through change management, stakeholder engagement, and training for leaders and employees. Use AI-powered benchmarking (Korn Ferry) and workforce planning metrics to run gap analyses, define KPIs, and support upskilling and career development initiatives.

Job Function: Strategy & Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and map critical skills (technical, functional, leadership) needed for 1–3-year business priorities with business leaders, HRBP, and L&D.
•Develop and refine an agile, iterative skills taxonomy and proficiency model to create a common enterprise language.
•Continuously futureproof the framework by reviewing industry trends, AI advancements, and technological shifts.
•Lead mindset-shift and adoption programs to move from rigid job descriptions to flexible skill-based capabilities.
•Conduct AI-powered skill gap analysis, workforce planning, and KPI tracking to measure framework impact and enable upskilling/reskilling.

Key Requirements

•Experience in organisational development, linking business strategy to workforce capabilities and skills needs.
•Track record driving cultural or behavioural change, ideally in large organisations.
•Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across business, HR, leaders, and employees.
•Knowledge of modern adult learning, upskilling/reskilling, and career development strategies.
•Ability to define, track, and analyse impact metrics for workforce initiatives.
