Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and implement generative AI applications in the SAP ecosystem across front-end, back-end, AI models, and enterprise data integration.
  • •Build generative AI use cases including intelligent agents, enterprise search, summarization, content generation, and workflow automation.
  • •Implement RAG solutions using embeddings, semantic search, and SAP HANA Cloud vector capabilities.
  • •Develop and integrate back-end services with Python, Node.js, or Java and connect large language models with SAP and third-party APIs.
  • •Evaluate generative AI solutions for accuracy, relevance, reliability, latency, and cost; help implement guardrails to reduce hallucinations and unsafe outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or an equivalent field, graduated or graduating soon.
  • •Strong software development skills with experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or Java.
  • •Foundational knowledge of generative AI, large language models, machine learning, natural language processing, or AI application development.
  • •Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • •Experience developing RESTful APIs, data-driven applications, or cloud-based services.
