Key Responsibilities

  • •Advance core credit and risk models by iteratively improving accuracy, robustness, and coverage.
  • •Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured, multi-modal data sources.
  • •Design rigorous offline and online evaluation frameworks (validation, backtests, simulations, experiments) to guide iteration.
  • •Partner with data engineering and platform teams to ensure models are production-ready, scalable, monitorable, and maintainable.
  • •Act as a technical leader through design reviews, code reviews, and informal mentorship within the Predictive Modeling organization.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8+ years building and deploying predictive models in production environments.
  • •Track record of delivering models and improving them iteratively over time.
  • •Strong experience with modern machine learning techniques such as LightGBM/XGBoost, neural networks, and representation learning.
  • •Excellent statistical intuition, including bias/variance tradeoffs, generalization, and experimental validity.
  • •Fluency in Python and SQL with production-quality coding standards; Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, Math, Quantitative Economics, or similar field required.
