Senior Data Scientist, Predictive Modeling, Credit & Risk

Develop and productionize high-impact predictive models within Credit & Risk to improve risk assessment and decisioning. Work with structured and unstructured, multi-modal data to design, train, and deploy advanced ML approaches including gradient boosting, embeddings, and transformer-based methods. Build rigorous evaluation frameworks (backtests, simulations, online experiments), partner with data engineering and platform teams for production readiness, and serve as a technical leader through reviews and mentorship.
