Job Summary

Build end-to-end AI-powered automation systems across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and the revenue funnel. Key Responsibilities

•Map manual, repetitive business processes end-to-end across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and the revenue funnel to identify automation opportunities.
•Own automation delivery from requirements to production by designing, building, testing, and shipping solutions translated from non-technical stakeholders.
•Build automated workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, and Workato.
•Design, build, and deploy AI agents embedded in business workflows using LLM APIs for ticket classification, document data extraction, and automated summarization, leveraging RAG and memory patterns.
•Connect internal systems via APIs and webhooks (CRM, ERP, ticketing, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365), then monitor, maintain, document, and continuously improve existing automations.

Key Requirements

•3+ years building automations or AI-powered workflows, including implementing AI/ML into operational workflows.
•Solid understanding of LLMs, including capabilities, limitations, and producing reliable outputs.
•Hands-on experience with at least one workflow/automation platform: n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato.
•Comfort with “vibe coding” using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Replit) to ship complete projects.
•Working knowledge of AI agent workflows plus RAG and agent memory concepts.
