Rider Compliance Team Leader

Lead and mentor a team of 5+ compliance representatives within the Rider Onboarding, Lifecycle, and Compliance function. Drive BAU compliance operations including verification sweeps and queue management, and spearhead global initiatives in response to regulatory and right-to-work changes. Partner with product teams to automate and streamline manual workflows, use Looker and Google Sheets to track KPIs and bottlenecks, and manage delivery partners to ensure accurate, well-escalated processing.
