Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily core support activities are completed on time and in full, including receiving, picking, staging, shipping, special orders, and quality control.
  • •Assist the warehouse operator to ensure proper functioning of logistics operations.
  • •Propose and lead process improvement initiatives across all fulfillment center activities.
  • •Ensure safety measures and warehouse rules are known and followed by all employees.
  • •Take accountability for core and support activities and propose action plans when results aren’t met.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a fulfillment center/warehouse setting.
  • •Ability to work physically for extended periods, including standing, moving, and lifting up to 49 lbs (22 kg).
  • •Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (no public transportation to the location).
  • •Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
