Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key industry client relationships to meet retention targets.
  • •Identify prospective clients for specific data products and work with Commercial and Marketing teams on campaigns.
  • •Develop industry-specific survey product portfolio strategies with Client Operations, Data Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • •Conduct market research, tier prospects, and manage applicable sales channels; act as a go-to person for industry sector engagements.
  • •Author proposals and support Advisory work, including RFP preparation and drafting presentations/reports with data analysis and interpretation to help achieve product revenue budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • •8 years of work experience for compensation and rewards consulting in professional firms (preferred).
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • •Excellent analytical skills and strong, creative, proactive problem-solving.
  • •Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; good spoken Chinese is an advantage.
