Senior Corporate HR Business Partner

Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders across Home Office functions, shaping people strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, engagement, and associate experience. Lead complex associate relations and organizational challenges, translate business strategy into HR initiatives, and use HR/workforce data to drive insight-based recommendations. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design programs and mentor HR managers to build capability across HR Services.
