Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, validate, and correlate advanced Signal Integrity (SI) simulation models and develop strategies for worst-case characterization across manufacturing and environmental variations.
  • •Analyze electrical designs and define routing/material/interconnect solutions for new high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, xGMI, and UPI.
  • •Perform channel simulations across packages and PCBs.
  • •Work with IBIS-AMI and S-parameter models, and use tools like Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, and Cadence Allegro.
  • •Lead SI design reviews, optimize interconnect performance (insertion loss, return loss, eye diagram, BER), and own electrical validation test plan development and issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,600 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in signal integrity, including server design and experience with PCIe and DDR interfaces.
  • •Strong fundamentals in transmission lines, electromagnetic (EM) fields, and analog/digital theory.
  • •Proficiency with SI simulation tools such as HFSS, SiWave, and ADS, plus hands-on experience with TDR, VNA, and SI test equipment.
  • •Ability to perform PCB layout reviews using Allegro, Xpedition, or similar tools.
