Key Responsibilities

  • •Own software delivery, support, or maintenance projects, establishing and controlling progress checkpoints or service level agreements.
  • •Ensure assigned resources are properly utilized and usage information stays up to date.
  • •Define project scope and provide clear briefing and direction using Agile methodologies.
  • •Plan work in an Agile framework, producing plans and monitoring progress with reporting against plan.
  • •Lead Agile discipline adoption by educating team and client members, and support team assessment, development, and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 10 years of overall IT industry experience, including 7 years in a Project Management/Scrum Master role.
  • •Detailed knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum.
  • •Strong stakeholder management experience across various seniority levels.
  • •Experience managing multiple project streams within large programs and implementing strong project governance.
  • •Experience being accountable for and managing project budgets and commercials, including mentoring team members new to Agile.
