Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all phases of assigned projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closure.
  • •Partner with project sponsors and team members to define objectives, requirements, timelines, budgets, and success measures.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, status reports, and project records.
  • •Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, communicate updates, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and support organizational transformation by documenting processes and creating implementation roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent combination of experience and training in managing projects and resources, plus data analytics.
  • •Minimum three years of experience working with remote teams.
  • •PMP or Scrum Master certification (or ability to obtain).
  • •Analytical skills, including experience with data mining and presenting findings clearly for the intended audience.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
