Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and support stockroom standards and processes for a safe work environment.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities inputs to support operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
