Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Manufacturing Site Leads and own the finance relationship for each site’s budget, variances, and actionable insights.
  • •Partner with the 3P Labs team by building financial analysis to support routing decisions and ensure trade-offs are understood in real time.
  • •Lead operations monthly close by running pre-close and prelim close meetings, aligning with cost accounting, and driving variance explanations to completion.
  • •Own accuracy of manufacturing COGS through expense detail review, third-party lab cost validation, and gold/precious metals margin analysis.
  • •Improve the close process each month by reducing manual work, tightening timelines, and raising quality of outputs while supporting strategic decisions.
