Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the analytical vision, ensuring data, experimentation, and measurement rigor power acquisition, engagement, and retention decision-making.
  • •Define and evolve metrics, methodologies, and experimentation frameworks for growth initiatives.
  • •Influence senior executive thinking by representing marketing, product, and data science perspectives with credible analysis.
  • •Partner with Finance, Business Analytics, MarTech, Applied Scientists, and Marketing to support reporting, forecasting, and planning for integrated marketing programs.
  • •Manage, mentor, coach, inspire, and recruit a team of marketing data scientists; partner with DS leaders to improve analytics culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 202,300 - 261,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of analytics experience with 3+ years of management experience.
  • •Proven track record of business impact in driving analytics for a growth, performance, direct response, or other ROI-goaled marketing program.
  • •Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to be hands on.
  • •Experience applying experiments, lift tests, attribution, and other measurement techniques to optimize marketing campaign performance.
  • •Effective analytics management skills to prioritize high-impact work and coach and empower analysts.
