Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, control, and successfully implement installation and commissioning projects for DR systems from order receipt to final customer handover.
  • •Act as the central contact for practices, clinics, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate project phases including scheduling, resource control, and alignment with internal and external project participants.
  • •Run regular project status meetings and ensure structured project documentation.
  • •Support tenders and customer projects with technical expertise; perform maintenance, safety checks, measurement tests, troubleshooting (on-site or remote), and create service reports while maintaining CRM technical data and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT system electronics, or a comparable qualification.
  • •Experience in technical service, project management, or ideally in medical technology / imaging diagnostics.

  • •Radiation protection expertise or willingness to obtain it.
  • •Structured, independent, solution-oriented work with strong customer orientation and communication skills.
