Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •L2 Investigation & Incident Response: own escalated production issues including database anomalies, failed transactions, data corruption, and ghost records
  • •AI-Powered Automation: build internal AI agents and tools to automate repetitive investigation and support workflows
  • •Platform & Developer Tooling: build and maintain CLI tools, internal dashboards, and scripts; manage CI/CD pipelines
  • •GCP infrastructure upkeep: IAM, secret management, container deployments via Docker/K8s
  • •ERP integrations: partner with engineering on NetSuite, Xero and payment provider onboarding

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hands-on experience in technical operations, backend engineering, or DevOps
  • •Fluency with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB (read explain plans, know what to do with it)

  • •Strong Python and bash scripting — you automate as a reflex
  • •Ability to own ambiguous, high-pressure incidents with limited documentation
