Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of day-to-day financial operations across spend, procurement, and transactional finance activities.
  • •Maintain financial governance by applying policies and controls across contract administration, PO oversight, and invoice-to-pay processes.
  • •Ensure data integrity through master data accuracy, reconciliation activities, and automated expense processing.
  • •Oversee operational compliance by aligning service center activities, spend controls, reconciliations, and SOPs with CHEP standards.
  • •Drive enterprise control leadership and risk management by building risk control matrices, monitoring KRIs, and communicating audit effectiveness and remediation actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ management experience in supply chain, finance, or manufacturing.
  • •Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and governance principles.
  • •Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, BW (Analysis for Excel), and advanced Microsoft Suite.
  • •Ability to design and embed controls, evaluate SOPs, and drive remediation using a data-driven analytical approach.
