Job Summary

Supervise the day-to-day loan origination activities for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators, ensuring timely document collection for processing, underwriting, and closing. Meet annual mortgage loan volume goals, build referral relationships with brokers, builders, and other external sources, and participate in local mortgage and real estate industry associations. Recruit, interview, develop, and retain talent while strengthening partnerships across U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other business lines to grow customer relationships and sales of additional products.
