Job Summary

Ensure products in the Print or Mold division meet Amcor’s quality, safety, and performance standards by inspecting processes and finished goods, verifying compliance with specifications, and running required testing. Record and report quality data, complete QA documentation, and escalate defects or unresolved issues to production leadership. Maintain color standards, perform audits, support root-cause and corrective actions, and provide backup support to the Assistant Production Supervisor when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect production processes and finished products for quality attributes, approve jobs to run by verifying materials and standards, and decide product acceptability based on established criteria.
•Document and record quality data, complete QA check sheets and changeover documentation, and report quality defects promptly.
•Establish and maintain color standards, perform scheduled and unscheduled audits, and conduct required quality testing using measurement tools and equipment.
•Support root-cause identification and assist in corrective action activities when applicable, while keeping supervisors informed of critical or unresolved quality issues.
•Follow safety rules and GMPs, maintain a clean and organized work area, and provide backup support to the Assistant Production Supervisor when required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.5 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required.
•One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

•Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation; ability to use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, rulers, color standards) is a plus.
