Job Summary

Serve as a strategic and operational HR point of contact for site leadership across assigned cement plant locations. Own the full HR spectrum, including employee and labor relations, recruiting, talent and performance management, training administration, policy compliance, and people analytics. Mentor HR Business Partners, manage investigations and disciplinary actions, support union contract negotiations and grievances, and ensure HR decisions align with business objectives. On-site presence is required at assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with plant and operations leaders to deliver strategic HR programs across the full employment lifecycle.
•Provide expertise in leadership, organizational effectiveness, org structure, and human capital processes to drive business results.
•Oversee employee and labor relations, including terminations, performance management, complaints, disciplinary actions, and ADR documentation.
•Support union contract negotiations/interpretations, grievances, and arbitration; participate in EEOC and complaint meetings as required.
•Manage recruiting, onboarding, performance management coaching, and people analytics (e.g., turnover/engagement/attrition) to recommend action plans.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4-year/bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Preferred SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
•Minimum 5 years of experience.
•Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR records at all times.
•Ability to work onsite at assigned locations in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
