Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an hourly workforce by assessing performance, providing feedback, facilitating conflict resolution, and addressing repeat issues via corrective actions or performance plans
  • •Own shift-level production coordination, including work-order inventory requests, kit/de-kit, shortage management, and on-time material delivery for data center builds and operations
  • •Ensure parts and equipment are handled/protected to specifications, and interface with engineers, technicians, Site Operations, and construction on priorities and status updates
  • •Reconcile work-order BOM quantities and ensure material released to production matches paperwork (damage, part numbers, quantities, revisions)
  • •Maintain inventory integrity in company computer systems, drive resolution of incorrect data, and lead cycle counting/FIFO/stock rotation and continuous-improvement projects

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing; or 4+ years in lieu of a degree
  • •1+ years leading or supervising hourly warehouse, inventory, production coordination, or manufacturing teams
  • •5+ years working with ERP/inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • •Experience with MRP systems and work-order/BOM-driven material flow
  • •Ability to operate forklift equipment; leadership, communication, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
