Perform paintless dent repair in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers, using advanced glue-pulling and hail/crease/body-line repair techniques on steel and aluminum panels. Apply state-of-the-art tools to restore larger dents while working in a fast-paced production environment. Follow safety procedures and be able to meet the Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm schedule, including mandatory overtime when required to deliver vehicles on time.

•Repair dents using advanced glue-pulling techniques on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Handle hail repair and repair dents along creases and body lines.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to support vehicle reconditioning.
•Maintain productivity in a fast-paced production environment and be prepared for excessive weather exposure.
•Work the Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm schedule and support mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques, including hail repair and repairing creases and body lines, including larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
•Able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
•Work safely with required PPE (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask) in a fast-paced environment with possible heat/cold exposure.
