Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, upgrade, patch, and implement changes for database systems when required.
  • •Diagnose and resolve database errors to ensure high availability of database systems.
  • •Manage database access and backups, ensuring compliance with database and security standards.
  • •Support incident, request, change, and problem management for database operations, including on-call coverage and SLA achievement.
  • •Perform performance tuning and proactive monitoring; support business continuity planning, capacity forecasting, and database reporting/automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • •Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • •Programming/scripting experience with Java, PowerShell, and Python.
  • •Strong SQL skills and SQL Server tools, plus effective oral and written communication.
