Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise customers on optimizing business processes using Dynamics 365 CE.
  • •Lead solutions design and project implementation from early conception and architecture planning to go-live.
  • •Collaborate closely with internal IT (developers, project managers) and translate business requirements into technical work.
  • •Support customers in operations and provide after-sales assistance following go-live.
  • •Continuously monitor and assess new Microsoft technologies to identify added value for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical experience in Dynamics 365 CE core modules plus a deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, relational data models, and solution architectures.
  • •Business process understanding for requirements analysis, using low-code/no-code configuration and knowing when standard features are preferable to custom code.
  • •Secure use of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build smart solutions, including understanding integrations with M365/Azure and third-party systems.
  • •Strong communication and hands-on teamwork in a customer-oriented environment.
  • •Excellent German and very good English for precise communication at all management levels.
