Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to manufacturing personnel to ensure safe, high-quality, on-service-level production while meeting cost improvement goals
  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing and production health metrics (capacity, workforce, throughput, bottlenecks)
  • •Support factory build efforts including staffing and planning satellite production lines and flight program builds
  • •Define and execute continuous improvement strategies and initiatives to meet business objectives
  • •Oversee end-to-end harness production, including scaling from low-rate to higher-rate production and supporting transitions to other manufacturing locations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related field
  • •15+ years’ experience in manufacturing and process engineering (aerospace, automotive, or commercial industries)
  • •Subject matter expertise in harnessing, printed circuit board assemblies, structural assembly, structural bonding, mechanisms, or composite honeycomb machining
  • •High proficiency in MRP/ERP systems
  • •Experience working with a union represented workforce and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship
