Asphalt Paving Foreperson

Lead day-to-day asphalt manufacturing operations at the plant, overseeing production, safety, quality, and employee relations. Drive operational strategies to meet production and customer service goals, manage budgeting, production planning, staffing, and maintenance, and optimize equipment and facility usage. Analyze operational and financial reports to improve plant profitability, coordinate inventory and procurement within budget, and train and mentor production teams. Ensure environmental compliance and required reporting.
