Job Summary

Lead finance and controllership for the Saudi Arabia entity, owning IFRS/local GAAP close, statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance with ZATCA. Drive VAT and e-invoicing compliance, manage commercial finance with variance analysis and P&L ownership, and oversee treasury and working capital forecasting. Partner with operations on supply chain cost optimization and support budgeting/forecasting and finance transformation, including ERP enhancements and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage entity finance and controllership for KSA legal entities, including accounting, audit coordination, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance.
•Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing aligned to IFRS and local GAAP.
•Own VAT compliance (returns filing and reconciliations) and lead compliance with KSA e-invoicing mandates.
•Partner with Country Managers on local P&Ls, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to improve top-line and margin.
•Lead budgeting/forecasting and monthly business reviews; support supply chain cost optimization and treasury/cash flow and working capital management.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.
•Strong knowledge of ZATCA and IFRS, including local regulatory compliance.
•Expertise in VAT compliance, returns filing, reconciliations, and e-invoicing mandates in KSA.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
•Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG (preferred).
