Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage entity finance and controllership for KSA legal entities, including accounting, audit coordination, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing aligned to IFRS and local GAAP.
  • •Own VAT compliance (returns filing and reconciliations) and lead compliance with KSA e-invoicing mandates.
  • •Partner with Country Managers on local P&Ls, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to improve top-line and margin.
  • •Lead budgeting/forecasting and monthly business reviews; support supply chain cost optimization and treasury/cash flow and working capital management.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of ZATCA and IFRS, including local regulatory compliance.
  • •Expertise in VAT compliance, returns filing, reconciliations, and e-invoicing mandates in KSA.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
  • •Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG (preferred).
