Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation to accelerate verification cycle time and improve debug efficiency.
  • •Validate AI outputs by reviewing assumptions, aligning with specs/standards, cross-checking simulations/waveforms/assertions/coverage, and documenting accepted changes.
  • •Provide verification support for design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon block-level/full-chip designs.
  • •Develop test cases/stimulus and improve functional coverage across DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features.
  • •Develop and maintain test benches/test vectors, run regressions for coverage analysis, and collaborate with global colleagues on new verification flows and methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in SystemVerilog and PLI coding.
  • •Experience with UVM test benches at block and full-chip level for memory verification.
  • •Hands-on skills writing SV testbenches, including SV, UVM-based verification.
  • •Scripting skills (Perl, Python) and understanding of digital/mixed-signal verification.
  • •Experience/knowledge in DRAM, SRAM, or other memory-related fields, including AMS verification/co-sim.
