Key Responsibilities

  • •Support origination and execution of debt financing transactions across pitching, structuring, negotiation, credit approval, and legal documentation.
  • •Identify and manage risks in more complex lending through due diligence and financial modelling, including appropriate transaction structuring.
  • •Contribute to a comprehensive and efficient credit approval process at multiple stages by ensuring key risks are identified and considered.
  • •Collaborate with other CIB & CMA areas and engage clients/stakeholders to deliver holistic solutions and support transaction execution.
  • •Maintain pipeline visibility for in-country oversight and track performance, including driving RoRWA and ensuring adherence to operational risk and reporting standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in a relevant debt/leveraged/structured finance environment, or equivalent corporate banking experience.
  • •Demonstrable experience growing revenue by providing tailored lending solutions and developing new business and/or strategies.
  • •Ability to build external networks and develop client relationships based on trust.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial and financial risk, with proven ability to interpret and work with financial data.
  • •Extensive experience with relevant software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with financial modelling experience described as vital.
