Key Responsibilities

•Drive core LLM code-direction technology development, continuously improving code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities.
•Improve code comprehension, reasoning, and generation in real-world production codebases to enhance service code performance and privacy compliance.
•Explore Code Agent capabilities for actual business production environments and improve TikTok R&D efficiency.

Key Requirements

•PhD or Master’s degree with strong publications at top AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, OSDI, NSDI, SC, SigMOD) in ML/CV/NLP or related fields.
•Strong programming skills and excellent data structures/algorithms, proficient in C/C++ or Python.
•Research experience in machine learning, especially large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
•Experience applying LLM capabilities to real-world production codebases to improve code understanding, reasoning, and generation.
•Strong problem analysis and solving skills, with passion for tackling challenging technical problems.
