Key Responsibilities

•In the Information Technology team of Smart Home / Electronics you assist the introduction and operation of IT systems to ensure users can work reliably
•Create clear documentation and instructions for new and existing systems to guide daily workflows
•Install local IT systems and OS-related software and maintain them according to Miele IT guidelines
•On-site checks of manufacturing-relevant specialty systems, collaborating closely with machine operators and specialists
•When system software malfunctions, help with troubleshooting, coordinate further steps, and involve internal or external IT contacts as needed

Key Requirements

•You are studying IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik or a comparable field
•A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist is an advantage but not required
•First experience with IT systems, system administration or technical support helps you take on responsibility quickly
•You are curious about technical questions and want to understand how systems work and how errors occur
•You work carefully, communicate clearly with users and know that well-maintained documentation is the basis for stable IT processes
