Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. Lead a delivery pod with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready agent components end-to-end—architecture, prompts/reasoning, tool calls, and integrations. Build data pipelines across Salesforce Data Cloud and partner platforms, run PoCs/MVPs in days, and provide technical guidance that turns customer challenges into deployed, observable outcomes and durable engineering capability.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design and build of AI agents and experiences that take real actions in real organizations, from architecture through deployed, validated, and observable production outcomes.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud and customer data platforms, and oversee agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health.
•Lead PoCs and MVPs from concept to deployable in days alongside customers and partners, sharing best practices to enable teams.
•Act as a senior technical voice in your pod by surfacing platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to product teams.
•Mentor junior engineers and partner with a Deployment Strategist to translate customer business challenges into agentic solutions that ship.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems, ideally in AI/LLM or full-stack development.
•Extensive customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting/professional services/forward deployed engineering.
•Fluency in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, plus strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
•Fluency in English and at least one of German or French (spoken and written), with willingness to travel ~25%.
