Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design and build of AI agents and experiences that take actions in real organizational environments, including intelligence design, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud and customer data platforms, and oversee agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health and business outcomes.
  • •Lead PoCs and MVPs from concept to deployable in days by co-building with customers and partners and enabling partner/customer teams.
  • •Serve as a senior technical voice in the delivery pod by surfacing platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to product teams.
  • •Mentor junior engineers and partner with the Deployment Strategist to translate complex customer business challenges into agentic solutions that ship.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience across production systems, ideally in an AI technology stack, full-stack development, or at-scale LLM work.
  • •Customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
  • •Fluency in English and two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including data modelling, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • •Experience with LLM/agent frameworks and cloud data platforms (e.g., LangChain or LlamaIndex; Snowflake or Databricks or BigQuery) and the ability to lead technical conversations.
