Job Summary

Maintain and optimize edge services running on a multi-cloud CDN infrastructure with global POPs. Design and build operational solutions for customers, including metrics, monitoring, automation, and visualizations. Troubleshoot major incidents, improve SLA and CSAT through support metric tracking, and collaborate with NOC and SRE teams to align objectives. Lead user training and internal knowledge transfer while participating in technical operations and rotations.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop solutions for edge services customers using platform capabilities and product features.
•Build metrics, tools, automations, visualizations, and monitors to operate and optimize edge services.
•Troubleshoot and resolve major incidents and known issues, and provide technical consultancy for feature requests and internal tooling enhancements.
•Monitor and improve global support metrics, including SLA and CSAT.
•Lead technical support assignments such as user training and internal knowledge transfer, and participate in technical operations rotations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Experience optimizing networking technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, DNS in a carrier-grade environment.
•Strong Linux knowledge from kernel to shell, including system libraries, file systems, and network protocol optimization.
•Experience with one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, C++, or scripting in Shell and Python.
•Self-driven and able to handle projects from concept to delivery.

Education:Bachelor's in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
