Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep understanding of the client base and their needs.
  • •Partner with product teams to identify and relay client needs across relevant product areas.
  • •Support the commercial strategy and planning of client reviews with product stakeholders.
  • •Maintain and update client data in tools and reconcile revenue reporting; support onboarding of new clients and products on HSBC Continental Europe platform.
  • •Monitor bank engagement and capital allocation, track risks and credit files, and support KYC/AML/onboarding risk escalation and liaison with regional stakeholders.

Key Requirements
