Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive integration of the 1LoD risk framework across Digital Assets product offerings and market expansion initiatives.
  • •Embed risk management into business strategy, product development, commercialization, and operational processes.
  • •Ensure Digital Assets activities operate within Mastercard’s enterprise risk appetite and provide guidance on risk thresholds and trade-offs.
  • •Oversee and execute risk assessments across the Digital Assets portfolio with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency across product lines and geographies.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between the Digital Assets business and 2LoD partners (Risk, Compliance, Legal/Regulatory, Treasury) to coordinate risk deliverables, governance forums, and escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in strategy, operations, or product management.
  • •Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory environments, with experience in digital assets, fintech, payments, or emerging technology domains preferred.
