Job Summary

Join TI’s Career Accelerator Program and design and build AI-enabled solutions for discriminative and generative applications. You’ll develop efficient data pipelines, build agents using modern LLMs (or train new networks), and rigorously test and monitor deployments for accuracy and drift. Partner with teams across TI—spanning software/digital/analog design, manufacturing, pricing and recommendations, planning, and productivity—to deliver robust, scalable, performant, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build AI-enabled solutions for discriminative and generative applications using classical and neural network machine learning algorithms.
•Develop efficient data pipelines to support AI applications.
•Develop agents using the latest LLMs or train new neural networks from scratch.
•Test AI solutions with rigor and monitor deployments for accuracy and drift.
•Collaborate with partners across TI to deliver robust, scalable, performant, and secure solutions across multiple application areas.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field of study.
•Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
•Preferred: master’s and/or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent AI/ML experience.
•Preferred: experience designing, training, and using transformer-based LLMs (reasoning/agents).
•Preferred: programming skills including Python (PyTorch), C/C++, and SQL.
