Job Summary

Build automated go-to-market systems that help Humaans find, engage, and convert customers. Own the infrastructure behind CRM trust, data enrichment, signal detection, lead scoring, routing, and cold-email sending. Work between RevOps, Sales, and Marketing to connect tools via APIs, deploy AI agents with quality guardrails, and continuously improve outbound campaigns through structured testing and instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the data foundation by keeping the CRM trustworthy with automated enrichment, hygiene routines, and clear ownership rules.
•Build enrichment and scoring workflows to turn firmographic and signal data into ranked, ready-to-action target lists.
•Design signal-based plays that detect buying signals/events and trigger the right outreach at the right moment.
•Own cold email infrastructure: sending reliability, deliverability/inbox health, personalization at scale, and monitoring for breakages.
•Connect GTM tools through APIs, deploy AI agents for research/personalization/CRM updates, and continuously improve campaigns via structured tests and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•Systems-thinking mindset with a commercial bias, judging workflows by whether they help close deals.
•Hands-on experience with a modern GTM stack, including Clay and HubSpot (or Salesforce), plus enrichment and sequencing tools.
•Comfort with SQL and a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) to solve problems independently, including reading API docs and handling auth.
•Fluency with AI coding and automation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Zapier) to build, test, and ship agents and workflows.
•Strong understanding of the outbound motion including ICP definition, lead scoring, deliverability, and what effective outreach requires.
