Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of on-the-ground event delivery from set-up through breakdown.
  • •Work with the wider production team to prepare the event space and ensure readiness for guests.
  • •Coordinate event staff, suppliers, venues, and contractors; oversee smooth operations and respond to issues quickly.
  • •Brief and manage front-of-house, bar, and other event staff, including rotas, breaks, and responsibilities.
  • •Ensure safe operations by completing basic safety checks, supporting staff with health & safety procedures, and documenting incidents as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience managing or coordinating live events, hospitality operations, bars, venues, or visitor experiences.
  • •A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership on the ground.
  • •Confident managing people, including front-of-house/bar and other event staff.
  • •Highly organised and reliable, able to work independently and manage flexible schedules.
  • •Comfortable dealing with guests, staff, suppliers, and venue teams; calm under pressure.
