Job Summary

Manage regulation projects from study through commissioning and final acceptance for customer needs in the Île-de-France region. Analyze mission orders and bids, develop and implement internal programs, ensure technical feasibility (hydraulics/electrical), coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors, and maintain documentation, testing reports, and archived program backups. Handle planning, supplier/material selection, stock updates, and financial follow-up including invoices and change orders, while supporting sales with technical input.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze mission orders and develop internal programs to meet customer needs, including customer interface imagery aligned with Trane’s graphic charter.
•Ensure technical feasibility and manage on-site implementation from start-up to final reception; update study documents and write intervention/test reports.
•Handle end-to-end project documentation: from study to acceptance, including analyzing quotes/orders and producing project study documents.
•Select and manage suppliers and subcontractors, coordinate logistics and stock updates, and manage on-site subcontractor supervision.
•Coordinate chantier planning with Trane and the customer, manage financial follow-up (invoicing by progress), and support sales with technical/commercial input.

Key Requirements

•Bac+2 to Bac+3 in regulation/automation (or equivalent) with strong skills in hydraulics, HVAC (CVC), programming, and electrical; 5+ years of experience in the field.
•Proven project management skills and ability to work in a team across distance and travel/itinerancy.
•Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and autonomy.
•Technical English skills (read and write).
•Ability to ensure technical feasibility and communicate alternatives with the project lead.
