Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver engineering changes, investigations and technical support across the DMSS contract.
  • •Provide engineering advice to support safe, compliant and effective vessel sustainment.
  • •Monitor vessel condition, equipment performance and emerging sustainment requirements.
  • •Manage configuration, technical data and engineering documentation to maintain accuracy and control.
  • •Support engineering governance, assurance, technical risk management and IFS/EAMS improvement; collaborate with SPO, site teams, and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum five years’ engineering experience within Defence, maritime or a similarly complex engineering environment.
  • •Experience delivering engineering changes and solving technical problems.
  • •Experience conducting or leading engineering investigations, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Knowledge of systems engineering and engineering change management, with vessel design/repair/sustainment or maintenance experience highly regarded.
