Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to schemes from concept to delivery for public realm and place-making.
  • •Support street design, highways improvements, and related traffic engineering work.
  • •Help deliver parking strategies, traffic regulation orders, and traffic signals/intelligent traffic systems.
  • •Contribute to road safety audits and safety improvement programmes.
  • •Participate in client engagement, consultation, and stakeholder management activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience across highway engineering, traffic signalling engineering, or people movement modelling
  • •Experience with parking (strategy or design) and/or traffic regulation orders
  • •Experience in road safety (including RSA qualifications, where applicable)

  • •Background in gender inclusive design or inclusive mobility and shaping public spaces
