Join the AI Transformation Team to design and build autonomous agent systems that autonomously explore, evaluate, and improve engineering problems using agent planning, multi-agent orchestration, and post-training methods (SFT/RL). You’ll develop production-grade, self-improving agent systems that enable engineers to focus on higher-level design and creative problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and implement agent behavior (planning, tool use, memory, reasoning, self-evolving mechanism)
•Develop multi-agent workflow and orchestration for collaboration
•Build evaluation system to automatically execute, verify, and evaluate results and drive system improvement
•Utilize LLM-as-a-judge, task-specific metrics, and benchmarks for evaluation and optimization
•Experiment with post-training techniques (SFT, RL) and apply findings to production-ready agent systems

Key Requirements

•Computer science or related field Bachelor’s degree
•Experience with at least one ML framework (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow) for model training or experiments
•Hands-on experience implementing or experimenting with LLM or Agentic AI based systems
•Ability to quickly understand papers and translate them into practical implementations
