Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage all after-sales service activities across the sanitaryware product portfolio.
•Ensure timely response and resolution of service requests and warranty claims; establish service standards and SLAs; monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
•Act as the primary escalation point for customer complaints; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions; ensure timely resolution per timelines.
•Manage spare parts inventory; forecast requirements; coordinate with procurement to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
•Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding product issues, warranty claims, and spare parts availability; support technical discussions and product improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in relevant engineering discipline
•5+ years of experience in sanitaryware, plumbing products, building materials, or related industry with strong exposure to after-sales service operations in UAE
•Proven ability to manage after-sales service, warranty claims, and adherence to SLAs
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working with developers, contractors, consultants, and facilities management
•Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience in root-cause analysis, inventory management, service quality monitoring, and driving high customer satisfaction
