Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead day-to-day store activities to deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Champion team culture and core values while assisting across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with store management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals, and support key holder duties such as opening/closing, cash handling, and asset protection.
