Design, implement, and operate IAM and cloud security controls for cloud-native platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP. •Design, implement, and operate security controls protecting cloud-native platforms and workloads across public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•Partner with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure cloud services are secure by design, compliant, and resilient at scale.
•Apply hands-on IAM/security engineering across complex distributed and regulated environments.
•Provide security oversight and engineering support for AI-enabled capabilities across the Pismo platform, aligning AI/LLM adoption with security controls and data-protection principles.
•Engage in risk-based decision-making and ensure segregation of duties and production access constraints are upheld.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in IAM/security engineering with hands-on delivery (not only governance).
•Strong IAM fundamentals including identity lifecycle, authentication/authorization, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and access reviews.
•Demonstrated coding ability and an automation mindset (Python/Go preferred; PowerShell/Bash acceptable).
•Experience implementing enterprise IAM standards in compliance-driven environments, including access control evidence and audits.
•Multi-cloud IAM/security experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
