Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with developers, product managers, customer support, and partners to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • •Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • •Design, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
  • •Perform manual and automated testing for backend systems, APIs, databases, and distributed services.
  • •Identify, analyze, track, and report defects (including root cause analysis) and advocate QA best practices to improve test coverage and product quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of QA engineering experience focused on backend testing and automation.
  • •Hands-on manual and automated testing across the full testing lifecycle.
  • •Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript, with experience using Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG for automation.
  • •Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, microservices, CI/CD, and SDLC.
  • •Experience with QA efficiency tools/AI-LLM, performance testing, and security testing, plus familiarity with Jira/TestRail/Zephyr and AWS/Azure/GCP/Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
