Provide expert onsite support for Dell customers in Hokkaido, focusing on AI-server centered break/fix fault resolution, troubleshooting, and repairs. Key Responsibilities

•Handle break/fix fault resolution and repairs, primarily for AI servers.
•Collaborate with a Dell remote support team to triage and isolate faults.
•Perform component re-seat, swap, and replace tasks.
•Conduct troubleshooting and firmware upgrades as part of repair.
•Provide onsite maintenance and fault response for enterprise storage and other enterprise server products, driving issues through to closure.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
•Industry-recognized certification related to Linux, Windows, VMware, networking, or AI/GPU infrastructure.
•Must be based in Hokkaido or able to relocate to Hokkaido.
•Valid standard automobile driver’s license (required for visiting customer sites).
•Experience with AI server/GPU server/HPC environments, enterprise storage knowledge, and/or hardware maintenance experience in data centers is preferred.
