Job Summary

Own and execute customer marketing efforts across Latin America, growing the Growth Makers Club community through programs and events such as webinars, meet-ups, product launches, VIP dinners, and advisory boards. Build trusted relationships with C-level and key decision makers, drive customer advocacy via ambassadors and case studies, and lead cross-sell/up-sell campaign execution in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, plan, and launch customer marketing activities to engage and grow the Growth Makers Club community in the region.
•Develop trusted, long-term relationships with C-level and key decision makers at clients.
•Identify and engage ambassadors to drive customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies, speaking engagements, referrals, and reviews.
•Manage execution of cross-sell and up-sell campaigns in the customer portfolio with Sales and Customer Success.
•Partner with the Content Team to produce marketing collateral across the customer lifecycle, including implementation, renewal, and upsell.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS.
•2+ years of proven success in a program or project management role.

•Ability to lead and execute cross-channel integrated campaigns and engage customers as advocates.
