Key Responsibilities

  • •Support AVI-SPL customers on premises by partnering with customers, management, the global helpdesk, and SIG teams.
  • •Set up and break down conference spaces to meet event needs and perform preventative maintenance.
  • •Provide technical media support to execute audio/video conferences and broadcast events, including multi-camera shoots and town halls.
  • •Test and monitor video/audio before and during conferences, troubleshoot disruptions, and resolve equipment/system failures.
  • •Engage clients by responding to room setup and A/V conferencing questions in person, via phone, and email; provide end user training and job site documentation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of AV related experience in a professional setting.
  • •Operate a digital audio mixer for live and recorded events (e.g., Yamaha, Behringer).
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and colleagues in a customer-facing, time-sensitive setting.
  • •Basic computer knowledge and an understanding of signal flow for audio, video, and control.
  • •Flexible to work after hours and weekends when required, with user-level knowledge of AV conferencing and control systems (e.g., Bi-amp, Q-sys, Extron HDBaseT, Polycom, Cisco; Zoom Webinar; MS Teams).
