VP Finance, Tools & Outdoor Global Manufacturing

Lead manufacturing finance for a global network of ~45 factories within Tools & Outdoor, partnering with executive leadership and local teams. Drive strategic cost optimization, profitability, and returns on capital through robust FP&A, activity-based costing, and accurate financial reporting. Oversee internal controls and compliance (including SOX), and lead financial aspects of restructuring and transformation. Serve as a key finance partner across operations, supply chain, audit, treasury, tax, and compliance.
